At VEGAMOUR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hair wellness journey. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we offer a 90-day return window for all products, even if they have been opened or used.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Select Items and Reason

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason to help us improve our formulas.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original box if possible, and attach the label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
